Comments: I was born and raised in Athens Alabama. I grew up in the Church of Christ and went to Athens Bible School. It is amazing that your church was started near Athens, and today 11/17/00 is the first time I have heard of Seventh Day Baptist. I currently go to Springhill Baptist Church and have been concerned about the Sabbath question for some time. My father-in-law, also a Baptist, will not work on the Sabbath. He says on the Sabbath he rest, and on Sunday, he goes to church. He said God gave him two da s of rest . I have enjoyed your web site and plan to seek further information about starting a SDBC in the Mobile area. Thank you again...Paul Bowers

Comments: I really enjoyed your web site. It is very well and thoughtfully put together. Thank You. Wish you had a church closer this way. We are about 185 miles from you. We do however plan to come and visit sometime in the near future. We do understand about the Sabbath Day as I was an Adventist many years ago. (But from a Baptist background). I j st do not agree with all the writings of the Adventist Church. We have been doing our own private self supported ministry for about seven years now. Have a nice day! And God Bless You All.
